Memorial Day

Memorial Day was alot of fun this year. We headed up to CJ Strike with most of the family and did some campin, fishin, freezin, eatin, and nappin:) It was pretty cold Saturday and for a few hours on Sunday, but then the sun came out and it was hot!!! Tyson caught his first fish, and Braxton loved that we had a football sized lawn to walk up and down all day long. We took tons of walks and bike rides and just had fun hangin out. Thanks for the great weekend everyone!
Apperantly i felt guilty and I dont have a ton of pictures of Braxton, so i tried to make it up on this trip...so sorry if there are alot of his little cute guy.

Brax LOVED Kyle and Sydney's puppies. and i think they liked him alright too:)

This kid speaks with his eyebrows...

Tyson would NOT touch the crawdad that grandpa caught.

This has been one eventful Spring! Sorry for the picture overload, but here is a small recount of our last few months...

These boys LOVE each other!!! Gonna be best friends for sure!:)

My poor car got hit while it was parked along the side of the road. We were at the park for the morning and someone took the corner too wide while not watching the road...and smacked right into it. I watched it all happen. Such a bummer. It doesnt look like as much damage as there was. It took over a month before i got it back. Good as new:)
Tyson's Christmas present from Grandpa Val and Grandma Karen. It was a HUGE hit!
Elder Hansen FINALLY came home!!! Man did we miss this kid. He had a Fantastic mission and I couldnt be more proud of him. Here he is meeting Braxton for the first time.

Huggin little sis. I dont know who missed him more...mom or sarah:)

Shane and mom

As awesome as it was to have Shane home...we had to say goodbye to Jamie and Riley soon thereafter. They moved with their two little guys to Greeley Colorado for Riley's new job. It was SO hard to say goodbye, but with technology these days we can sure stay in touch easily! Here is Tyson with his cousins the night we had to say goodbye.

Me and Jamie's two boys. Miles did NOT want his picture taken and Cash was sleeping so you cant see their faces, but they are sooo cute and i miss them like crazy!

just because he's cute:) Cant believe this little guys is alsmost one!!!

sleepy head

So Tys gave up his daily nap a few weeks after Brax was born. He was over 2 1/2 so I thought it was pretty good that he was napping every day up to then. Anyway, when he started refusing to sleep in his bed during the day, we reverted to "quiet time". When Brax takes his afternoon nap, Tyson can to whatever he wants as long as it is quiet, and that usually means watching a show.(which he would do all day long if I let him. Especially since its so cold outside.) Well at least once or twice a week, i'll find him sleeping during quiet time, and often in some pretty funny positions....he cracks me up. Isnt there something so peaceful about a little guy sleeping? Especially one thats in fast mode from the time he wakes up till he goes to bed:) We sure do love this little guy!!!

Fall in a nut shell...

Here is a picture overload of what we've been up to this fall. Between all the play dates, new babies, halloween parties, we've been pretty busy.  So here you go.. our fall in a nutshell--

Braxton turned 4 months old last week. He is the best baby ever. He is so happy and as you can see from these pictures, LOVES his fingers. He wont take a binky, but as long as he has his hand he is all good.

We got two new neices this fall. This is Braxton with Sean and Katie's new baby Kalli. Finally after 5 boys they got their little girl!

And this is Brax and me with my Brother Kent and his wife Mary's new baby Paige. She is so beautiful and I love snuggling her.
Tyson has never been a huge dress-up fan, so our Halloweens havent been the most successfull. But this year he said he would dress up, but only if he could be Buzz. So here is our Buzz man after trick-or-treating. He was a little worn out.

Daddy and his little Chicken Nugget!

Tyson lucked out and got Peyton to come trick-or-treating with him. They had a great time and it didnt take them long to get the hang of how it all worked. Before long Tys was sprinting between houses!

Here he is at our friend Halloween party. Courneys house is so kid friendly and Tys LOVES the saddle.

Here is Tys showing his moves at the Pumpkin Patch.

Here is my little pumpkin. I just thought this was so cute:)

And last but not least, this little guy turned 3 last week! I cannot believe he is already this old! We had the best time on his birthday!! Pictures to come soon:)
